1983 Range Rover Classic 4 door
The second time we have had the pleasure of the company of this excellent example
The last time was 4 years ago and since only another 3.500 miles have been covered down in Devon, her most recent resting place
She is one of those vehicles which, no matter what, will always fire at the pull of the choke and the turn of the key
There is a most complete history file from new with every MoT too
Having now covered just 85.000 miles she drives like no other of this age which we have ever come across and the interior is nigh on immaculate, finished in palameno velour
There are many special features including:
Sundym glass with shaded band to the windscreen / Power assisted steering / Rosewood pack / Front arm rests / Leather covered steering wheel / Central stowage bin / Head rests / Body rubbing strips / Rear seat belts / Carpeted load space & tail gate
A well known example she has featured on the cover of the Land Rover Enthusiast magazine and has also had an article in August 2001 in the same Magazine where they described her thus "....Once in a while we come across a really well preserved example of one of Land Rovers products.....for a 1983 Range Rover to look like the one in our pictures when it's 18 years old, somebody has to have looked after it...."
We can't say fairer than that, for early 4 door Classic's are very few and far between - to find them in the condition is rarer still !!!
