Aston Martin have always made cars that throw us straight into feeling like James Bond. Since the iconic collaboration of Mr. Bond and the DB5, this has been the case. And the design language that Aston Martin have maintained through the years, and their inclusion in the Bond franchise to even the most recent films with Daniel Craig, has allowed this language to remain consistent.

Aston Martin have always made cars that throw us straight into feeling like James Bond. Since the iconic collaboration of Mr. Bond and the DB5, this has been the case. We all know 'Q'; Bonds trusted gadget sorting, trick fitting 'spec-ologist'. Like your favourite mixologist can sort you your favourite drink within a matter of a few seconds, Q always knew which gadget both Bond, and we needed. Our AMR here, was specified by no one else, other than Q.
Aston Martin have a Q department as you might expect, a place where your desires are met. And this car was specified by not just the department, but their head. So it has to be the most sought after specification around. Stunning colour, stunning interior, the rims perfect.
The AMR is so many things, built for speed with a 6L V12 putting out 603PS, 630NM of torque, with a mad quad exhaust ensuring you hear this ability… 4 times!
She will go to 60mph in 4.2 seconds. Her tyres fitted to the largest 21 inch wheels Aston has ever had before, forged to not only look immense, but aid cooling to the carbon ceramic brakes. These carbon ceramic brakes will stop you so suddenly it makes the acceleration seem slow.
Onyx Black seemed an appropriate colour for this almost villain like car. The public first saw the AMR at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show and her large & aggressive front grille was reminiscent of the extreme, track-only Vantage AMR Pro, while the circular daytime running lights recall the recent Zagato models.
Truly an extreme, mean, machine.
It is almost counter intuitive that the reality of the car is that it is four doors and you can easily fit in the boot shopping, 2 children behind and your husband/wife next to you… a car for ALL occasions. New nearly £200,000 it makes this a superb value purchase. She has had a full service by Aston Martin in November 2022 and has been given a warranty valid until 2023!
Q did a mega job here…..
