1972 Rolls-Royce Corniche 2 door saloon Fabulous history & condition
Such a pretty specification finished in the original Silver Mink (super name too) with dark blue hides piped in magnolia, and mountain blue carpets - just so elegant and literally, people stop in their tracks, so charming is she
Ordered via dealers P J Evans Ltd for Nathan Brown who chose a heap of extras, as below
Plain sundym glass / mountain blue over rugs for the front compartment / internally adjustable drivers door mirror / rear seat cushion dropped by 1" / woodwork to be light veneer heavily figured / rear RR quarter badges and even silver peak number plates - all of which are still in place to this day
A complete service history, with original service voucher booklet (2 off) with servicing by main dealers all the way to 1999 and servicing thereafter has been taken care of by well known specialists
Recently a full service was carried out in March 2020 with a attention to the air conditioning system with a new compressor & receiver dryer being fitted too
Just as previous owners have indulged her, it seems the most recent owner has followed suit
There have been 8 owners overall, 3 of whom we have known - one was a regional Chairman of the RREC (Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club) and he used Rolls-Royce Motorcars service center in London - both invoices and correspondence is contained within the thick history folder
Total mileage is now 100, 299 since new
A really exceptional example and one we are very happy to offer for sale - as you may now, we do like a Corniche Saloon, and this is well worth a viewing if you are in the market
