2002 Range Rover 4.0 Westminster Edition
Introduced at the end of production for the P38 series of Range Rover (ie the second generation) prior to the L322 these very special Range Rover's came with a host of special features
Our version here is finished in Blenheim Silver Metallic silver with colour coded bumpers & door mirrors with clear glass indicators, the 18" 'Hurricane' alloy wheels were painted in dark anthracite making this last edition really look more modern than other , and earlier P38 series
Internally there were matching anthracite hides, combined with stained veneers, chrome detail to the door plungers and treat plates for each door acknowledging the Westminster model, again specific to this model
Specification was second to none, and far more akin to the premium Vogue model, with electric windows, door mirrors and glass sunroof, air conditioning, sat / nav incorporated into the fascia and a super Harmon Kardon stereo system with speakers all over the place, including very large one on the fascia top
Only a few were made for the UK market, and although the numbers vary, it seems that only 150 V8 versions were sold here, and most have been driven extensively making our low mileage model super rare
In exceptional condition we have serviced her for the last 3 years and are very happy to offer her for sale, and offered with a fresh service & MoT
Coming with the all important Land Rover information pack, including the all important service voucher booklet - fully stamped of course
The history folder also contains various invoices, receipts and expired MoT's, as well and the current one - all in all a very special example in our eyes
We have also recently removed the side steps - as shown in the first two pictures
We can easily put them back should a new buyer wish for this, although from our perspective she looks far better without them, and with the suspension on the lower position you don't need them to get in or out either
P38 versions of the Range Rover are moving up in price, and late models (especially special editions) with low mileage are sure to continue to so do
