1990 BMW E30 325i Convertible - 15.000 miles only
Here we have one of the best examples of a classic BMW E30 325i convertible, in the more attractive and classic pre facelift style, with chrome bumpers and the rear lights of the iconic M3. All the more desirable being a 5-speed manual
Presented in the rare but nonetheless delightful combination of Granite Silver paintwork with Cardinal red interior, both of which are completely immaculate, as would befit a car with such low mileage.
In its day of course, it was the must-have vehicle for the successful young business man to be seen about town, and still carries the same cache and style today, at a tender 25 years of age
It has only covered 15.000 miles from new, which equates to only 600 miles each year. It has also been lavished with extensive maintenance in its time, and a total of 29 stamps are present in the original service booklet, which cover annual checks, oil services, body inspections, fluid changes and numerous Inspection I and II services.
First registered on the 9th November 1990 by Hunters BMW of East London, the first owner kept the car in spectacular condition, ensuring it was always taken to authorised BMW centres for its servicing.
It was passed to the second owner, a Mr. Kenneth Kitto on the 4th April 2000, having covered around 12.000 miles only at this time.
Mr. Kitto kept on top of the meticulous servicing this little BMW had become accustomed to, treating it to the appropriate Inspection service as per the schedule, totalling 12 services in 12 years.
In 2014, the car was sold to a good friend of ours who has a penchant for the finest cars in the world and then only the best available.
Upon inspection, one would be forgiven for believing that they had entered a time machine, as the vehicle is so well presented that it could just as easily be for sale in a BMW showroom circa 1991.
From where we stand, these classic BMWs are beginning to get the recognition they deserve, and one in such a fabulous and cared for condition, must represent a unique opportunity for an enthusiast.
