1991 Ferrari Testa Rossa - 25.000 miles only

A truly sumptuous Testa Rossa in the often maligned but still magnificent and also most popular Rosso Corsa with Crema hide

These genuine SuperCars can reach 180 mph and accelerate with alacrity to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds

All this with just 390bhp out of a 5.0 litre Flat 12 fuel injected engine

This is truly incredible against the opposition back then

More over using them today is child play - the car starts both hot and cold - not easy to say to the earlier SuperCars spitting through a hand full of Weber's

Ferrari had sorted the performance then, and they had to counter the incredible Lamborghini Countach, by then looking somewhat aged, and bespoilered

So in 1984 the Testa Rossa was introduced and for sure it was really eye catching - in period good sales showed that the Prancing Horse was better for most buyers than the Raging Bull of Lamborghini - in fact nearly 450 Testa Rossa's were built in RHD

Our example here has lived a charmed life and has been very well looked after. She has had very limited usage with a genuine and extremely nice mileage of just 25.500 since new

Of course she comes complete with all her original set of books and tools, all kept within their correct delicious tan leather bags

All services have been carried out including an annual this Spring, a full last year and a cam belt service the previous - only 500 miles in this period and within the previous 1.000 miles a new set of Pirelli tyres and also an overhaul of the fuel injection system too - so you could suggest she has been rather pampered

Cosmetically she is just as you would hope a low mileage such as this to be, with a deep lustrous shine to the immaculate paintwork, which is damage free, unmarked wheels and an interior which shows only the very slightest signs of wear, really the very slightest only
