2001 Mercedes Benz SL320 Designo Edition - 50.000 miles only
One of the few last of line Designo Edition (someone has told me 50 produced), finished in special colours of alanite green with mushroom nappa leather interior - "designo" insignia to the back rest and factory over mats too
Other distinctive features are the 18" split rim Designo style wheels with the wider rear rims making this Edition look a tad more masculine than normal
As would be expected with a run out edition extras abound making the whole driving experience that much more easy and comfortable - electric operation of soft top, roll hoop, seats (memory too), boot opening, power fold mirrors & steering column adjustment together with rain sensitive wipers, headlamp wash wipe, climate control, Panoramic hard top, cruise control, ASR, only Mercedes star badge to boot, occasional rear seats, Mercedes radio/cassette/cd player, infra red remote control locking & not forgetting air bags all round
She comes with a full MB service history and has had only 2 owners since new
All original books, instruction manuals, papers and etc are still in the original Mercedes leather bound booklet together with 2 sets of keys / alarm remotes plus a file of seperate papers
Since acquisition we have fitted a brand new set of Goodyear tyres (front 245/40 & rear 275/35) and she is now fully able to take advantage of the power unleashed by the chirpy 3.2 litre, twin plug V6!!
