1988 Rolls-Royce Corniche

Story and History

Immaculate condition
Full Service History

*** Under Offer ***

Having recently worked on this car we know her to be a complete honey

Immaculate paintwork & body, with an even more impressive and rich interior with copious amounts of lounge-like comfort! The engine bay is almost unmarked and in beautiful condition whilst on the road she purrs only as a Coachbuilt Rolls-Royce can

Driving around the east & west end of London the ease with which you travel is unmatched. One very “well to do” cyclist stopped at some lights and expressed her admiration. The same journey but further on driving past the Oval cricket ground just south of the river, some security guards threw up their thumbs whilst manning a gate in admiration. It is a really happy car, and makes you feel rather special inside.

The powerful yet subdue V8 helps, and being a very early Corniche II she has nice new features introduced to improve your driving experience, with an updated dashboard notifying you like a personal assistant of the temperature outside, the time since you departed, and the time you've arrived.

The colour Ivory (her original colour confirmed with the history and accompanying build sheets), looks ever so pretty and the dark brown interior luxurious with style and opulence. The rugs and matching pillows like icing onto a cake!

Through her life she has been serviced to within an inch of her life! Pampered all the way, helpful too when validating the fact 39.700 miles is her correct mileage. Alongside the original book packs, tool kit and the other usual ad-ons she boasts a huge history

The soft top is great and in perfect order inside and out. Easily removed with a flick of a switch then easily covered with the matching tonneau cover

Top down motoring gives you Rolls-Royce luxury with efficient heating for those sunny winter days or ice cold air conditioning for the summer months.

Should you wish to whisk you and your passengers around with the hood up then the quality of the fit allows little to no wind noise and an environment almost as enclosed as the FHC. Top of the pops.

Truly a wonderful car, in sublime condition, and with all the right bits included.

NB - numberplate sold separately
