1967 MG CGT

Story and History

1967 MG CGT - manual overdrive version

Finished in the traditional green with black leather interior this 'C' is simply quite charming

Fitted with some great upgrades she not only looks the part but also has the go to back up the looks too

MiniLite wheels, wooden dash, MotoLita steering wheel, Britax Sunroof, Stage II tuned engine, Downton sports exhaust system, Spax adjustable shock absorbers, delicately flared rear wheel arches, quick rack steering, sundym windows and leather trim finish off a top spec

The history file indicates that this 'C' was re-imported to the UK in 1983, it is as yet, unclear from where, although assumed that it would be from US since when a restoration and conversion to RHD would have taken place

A simple request for an Heritage Certificate will clarify this easily enough

There is a raft of invoices since then with a list of the extensive maintenance carried out - a thick history file by any standards

The previous owners obviously enjoying this 'C' and making sure all was ship shape continuously

We took the 'C' in part exchange for another one of our classic cars last week and a new owner has already eagerly snapped up this cracker

So Ian, if you're on the net tonight (I hope you are), you can see the details now and if not I'll send them to you tomorrow for I inadvertently left your contact info in the office!!
