1995 Rolls-Royce Flying Spur
In the Mid 1990's Rolls-Royce Motors knew, that with the Bentley Turbo R taking the Lions share of Customer demand, there was a requirement for a discreet version of the Silver Spur with distinctly better performance than 'Adequate'
Thus was born the Flying Spur version which we have available here
Fitted with a Light Pressure Turbo Engine and slightly uprated suspension settings she maintains the comfort of a Rolls-Royce whilst also enjoying the handling characteristics of a Bentley - clever stuff
She sits on modified Bentley Alloy Wheels and has the Twin Exhausts of the Turbo R and apart from a Flying Spur name badge on the Boot Lid no-one would be any the wiser
Inside she has Electric front & rear seats / Picnic Tables / Opening Front & Rear Arm Rests with Telephone Handset in each / Split Top Roll / Leather Headlining / Cool AirConditioning / Highly Figured Burr Walnut Veneers / A Flying Spur Plaque with Silver Inlay & the Softest putty like leather imaginable
This example is number 42 of 50 Officially Produced for the UK Market and I was fortunate enough to supply her to the Husband & Wife team who owned her
During that time she has been exquisitely maintained and has travelled a smidgen over 20.000 miles and I can confirm that on the road she is every inch exactly how her makers intended for her to be
A very rare opportunity indeed and one for the serious connoisseur
