2003 Aston Martin Vanquish - 26.000 miles only
We first bought this superb example in 2009, when she had only one previous private owner and 11.000 miles
A full Aston Martin service history, at that stage always with the supplying dealer, helps explain why she drove so very well
We used her for ourselves, understandably, and then sold her to an old friend, who used to be the World Wide Sales & Marketing Director for, as was then, Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars
He kept her in the same superlative condition having Aston Martin Works Service look after her for him
Subsequently sold to another local owner we had official Vanquish service agents, Chiltern Aston, give her another service and any advisory items were attended to as well
Actually we went through all we possibly could with Chiltern (very nice people incidentally) and after an 8.000 spend all is completely "tip top"
This may sound a lot - but we know of many other Vanquishes which have had 15.000 service bills from other Official Dealers, so this shows she really is in good shape
She really is in remarkable condition for an 11 year old car and presents as well now as she did 5 years ago when we first bought her
Well specified when new she has factory sat / nav, colour coded centre console (most unusual), rear parking sensors, heated front windscreen and the fantastic uprated Lynn sound system too
The Vanquish is one of our favourite British sports cars, of any era, and this car has to be one of the best and in the most unusual of colours too
