Restored Condition £87.7501963 Bentley S3 Continental "Chinese Eye"
It is a pleasure to have this beauty again
There weren't many of these elegant Coupes made (just 79 in RHD) and even fewer are left in 'tip top' condition
This is one such example - I bought her from her long term owner in 2007, he having owned her since 1984 and covered only 9.350 miles during that time, the log book stating that there had been 2 previous owners
In 2005 he had William Medcalf retrim and recarpet her interior (beige VM3412) and in 2006 he had Healey Bros strip her back to bare metal and repaint her in Oxford Blue
I subsequently removed all wood work which was stripped and repolished and also fitted Air Conditioning and a Modern Stereo System was hidden in the glove box with new speakers of course. Whilst this was undertaken a new set of tyres were fitted and a full service and check over was carried out
It was obvious how well she had been maintained, especially after a test drive - very smooth and quiet, just as she should be
We sold her to a prolific Bentley collector who cherished her, although he didn't actually use her more than a few times - hence she is now available for sale again
